Website Terms of Use

Last updated October 2026.

This website is operated by Cerenova Pty Ltd. By using it, you agree to these terms.

General information only

Content on this website is general information about psychological services and common mental health difficulties. It is not psychological or medical advice, is not tailored to your circumstances, and does not create a client–psychologist relationship. A professional relationship begins only when you book and attend an appointment and complete the practice’s intake and consent process.

Not an emergency service

This website and its contact form are not monitored for emergencies. Cerenova is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. For 24-hour support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or the Suicide Call Back Service on 1300 659 467.

Bookings

Appointments are booked through Halaxy, a third-party practice-management platform. Halaxy’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of that platform. Availability shown in Halaxy is live; this website does not confirm bookings. Fees, cancellation terms and funding arrangements are described on our Fees & Medicare page and confirmed in the booking process.

No guarantee of outcomes

Psychological treatment outcomes vary from person to person. Nothing on this website should be read as a guarantee or promise of any particular result.
