Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 2026.

Cerenova wants everyone to be able to use this website and to access our services. This statement describes what we have done and what to do if something is not working for you.

Standard

This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That includes semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation, menus and accordions, visible focus indicators, text and control contrast at or above AA ratios, descriptive labels on all form fields, respect for reduced-motion preferences, and layouts that work at 320px width and with text enlarged to 200%.

Known limitations

Bookings are made through Halaxy, a third-party platform whose accessibility we do not control. If you have difficulty using Halaxy, email info@cerenova.com.au and we will book your appointment for you.

Accessible sessions

If you need adjustments for sessions, for example captions, an interpreter, extra time, or a different communication method, tell us when you book or contact us beforehand and we will do what we can to arrange it.

Feedback

If you find a part of this website that is hard to use, we want to know. Email info@cerenova.com.au with the page address and what happened, and we will fix it where we can.
