For GPs and referrers

Referrals

Cerenova accepts referrals from GPs, psychiatrists and other health professionals for adults across Australia. Liam provides focussed psychological strategies under Better Access and works with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.

How to refer

  • Email the referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan to info@cerenova.com.au. We acknowledge receipt and contact the client to arrange their first appointment.
  • Please address referrals to Liam Farrelly, Cerenova.
  • Clients may also book directly and upload the referral in Halaxy.

What we send back

As required under Better Access, Liam provides a written report to the referrer after the initial course of six sessions and at the completion of treatment, covering assessment, treatment provided and recommendations. We also contact referrers between reports where clinically indicated and with the client’s consent.
